Due to their substantial weight difference, large statement crystals are packaged in bubblewrap separately from flower arrangements in order to avoid damage in transit. Our priority is to ensure all large crystals are delivered without breakages and therefore, a gift wrapped presentation is not always possible.

Fresh cut flowers typically last 5 -10 days despite refrigerated storage and transport before delivery. Some pesticides can also have a negative impact on flower longevity. Sadly, even with great care, the dreaded countdown to decay begins shortly after arrival.

Relay Services use sample images of bouquets, keep a commission and pass the order on to a local Network Florist to recreate based on stem count. The final bouquet can wildly differ from the original image depending on presentation and seasonal/regional variations in flowers. Size options can be vague if not illustrated, leaving the sender speculating the final bouquet, often second guessing their choice.
The hopeful sender is reliant on a volunteered photo from the recipient to end the mystery of the process.
We are not part of a network. Our artificial floral arrangements are not restricted by third party images or growing seasons. Each bouquet is artistically arranged, photographed in-house and dispatched by us so you know exactly what you are sending.

We Offer A 'Buy Back' Recycling Service
We know plastic isn't perfect, however we do welcome the opportunity to repurpose pre-loved blooms through our monthly hire service.
This means that your recipient is able to enjoy their new flowers AND have the option of returning them to us within 6 months of delivery in exchange for Store Credit of £15 to spend across all items on our website.
There is no limit to the number of floral returns they make, however only one voucher code can be applied per transaction.

I will never forget my childhood summers spent at my grandparents house tucked away in a Cypriot village. My sister and I would pick jasmine buds from the garden and lovingly thread them to make pretty flower crowns.
