All orders are dispatched from our North London studio and delivered straight to your recipient- either hand presented locally by a ChoZen Boutique Driver or UK Wide via a courier.
All website items include a gift-wrapped service and full size greetings card.
- If delivery is direct to your recipient, simply enter your personal card message into the Text Box at the checkout stage and we will take care of the rest.
- If delivery is to yourself and you intend to write your own message upon delivery, please enter a 'Leave blank' message into the Text Box at the checkout stage, and we will send you a blank card.
If a message is not included at the checkout, the greetings card will be omitted from your order.

Some pesticides, insecticides and fungicides used to grow flowers (or even some fresh flowers themselves) can be highly toxic for pets. Faux floral gifts bring safe and long lasting joy to a pet loving home.

Some fresh flowers wilt before others have even unfurled, so regular effort is needed to pluck out withered stems from an arrangement to avoid unpleasant odours while the rest are in bloom.

There is also a risk of decay during transit if couriers are delayed in peak season.
Faux arrangements however, appear to have been paused at peak bloom, and presented for full impact, ready to delight with all their beauty already on show. Your lucky recipient will be instantly impressed without having to rush them to water.

Network florists and 'Relay Services' heavily depend on sample images to approximately illustrate bouquet designs and colour pallets. Arrangements are then recreate based on stem count and local and seasonal availabilities. The final bouquet can wildly differ from the illustration depending on substituted seasonal stock, regional variations, packaging and presentation materials. Size options are often not illustrated, leaving the sender speculating and second guessing their choice.
The hopeful sender is reliant on a volunteered photo from their recipient after delivery to end the mystery of the process.
Here at ChoZen, we are independent from any relay networks and unrestricted by third party images. While our fresh bouquets also rely on seasonal availabilities, we try to remain true to our colour pallets and you can rest assured that our faux bouquets are pre-arranged, accurately photographed and dispatched from our London workshop.
Without substitutions or size uncertainties, you can send faux flowers with confidence, knowing the arrangement you have selected is an accurate representation of what your recipient is going to receive.
We Offer A 'Buy Back' programme
We know plastic isn't perfect, however we do offer to exchange your pre-loved ChoZen faux blooms for credit towards any item on our website as part of our Buy Back programme.
Credit is worth £20.00 (additional postage will apply to any new order).
This means that your recipient is able to enjoy their gifted ChoZen faux flowers for up to 6 months AND have the option of returning them to us within 7 months to be able to further treat themselves to any website item at a discount - A perfect gift that keeps on giving (and also handy if you are unsure of what to buy them).
There is no limit to the number of faux floral returns they make, however only one voucher can be applied per transaction.
I will never forget my childhood summers spent at my grandparents house tucked away in a Cypriot village. My sister and I would pick jasmine buds from the front garden and lovingly thread them into pretty flower crowns whilst sat on the steps, watching the world go by. We would eagerly wait for the buds to unfurl by nightfall to reveal the beauty of our hard work and release their hypnotic scent. The next day my grandfather would hang them from his rear view mirror before setting off to work.
Now, nearly 40 years later, I enjoy both the nostalgia of my childhood and the anticipation of joy that my creations will bring when delivered to brighten someones day.
